Show is called Weekend Warm Up but we can call it Weekend Retro Show or Weekend Disco Show too this time, Edition #258 is almost 100% disco with a splash of dance pop and a DJ’s Favourite I would categorize as funky house - the DJ Flight and Sanya Shelest remix of “Hallucinating Love” by Funky Truckerz is very old school, perfect for me! Last show before holiday - and it’s another big one! The retro is a very old school booty by Mr. Root from Poland who mashed ABC’s “Look Of Love” and “Just Can’t Wait (Saturday)” by 100% Ft. Jennifer John. Perfect to kick start the weekend, as well as a request I got this time from Frederic who is based in Hannover, Germany. His favorite track is from 2006, a classic Hed Kandi song by Chanel called “My Life”, remixed by Fonzerelli. And my favourite this week is soulful house, the awesome remix by German DJ Larse for Candi Staton’s “Hallelujah Anyway”.
